Product and provider reviews are scored on five dimensions—coverage, pricing, claims, service, and transparency—with published weights. Overall IRF score = (Coverage × 30%) + (Pricing × 25%) + (Claims × 25%) + (Service × 15%) + (Transparency × 5%).
